An experimental Toe-to-Heel Air Injection recovery scheme approved in 2010 should be replaced by a primary recovery scheme according tot he operator.

One of the first THAI schemes approved, it was never fully initiated but was changed to a cyclic steam stimulation pilot. Now the property has been sold, the new operator wants to scrap the experimental scheme and try a practical primary production scheme. Will the regulator approve the switch?
