Technicalities close 10 spacing applications

One applicant's ten spacing applications were all closed.

AER logo Two technicalities brought the regulator to close ten spacing applications submitted by the same person. Too bad – the applicant had put lots of work into the application including 16 attachments that included cross sections and net pay maps for each application.

Our studies show that each application is intended to open the way to about $500,000 of value and opportunity. Each application would have cost 60 man hours to prepare. To have them closed for technicalities seems a waste.

Fifty percent of what you need to know to get an approval isn’t shown in the guides. Can Proven help? We know exactly what the regulator needs.
