View someone else's net pay map on your land
You may be able to see your competitor's point of view of net pay on your land. Many applications show a pool mapped off the applicant's land and onto his neighbor's land. If you can find such an application, you can determine the value your neighbor sees in your acreage. If he sees more value than you see, you may be able to sell your land to him for more than it's worth.
