AER's IAR back in business
The Alberta Energy Regulator's website called the Integrated Application Registry came back up yesterday evening (May 27) before 8 pm. It had been down for 6 days.
During that time, no applications were approved by the regulator. Also no orders for past application documents were filled.
Because of the large backlog in the AER's application order department, time to fill applications is now over 30 days.
During the outage, AppIntel, Regaware's application website was still up and functioning properly. AppIntel subscribers were still able to get applications on demand from AppIntel.
